ENTERPRISE BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SOLUTION PARTNER PROGRAM

LG-Ericsson sells its Enterprise and Small/Medium Business communication solutions through a worldwide network of channel partners who can deliver everything from small voice systems to global integrated solutions for the international business.
The business relationship between LG-Ericsson and our channel partners is a progressive and supportive one, focusing on both skills and value.
LG-Ericsson's BCS partner program aimed at empowering our valued business partners to effectively sell and support LG-Ericsson products and solutions to their customers.

    LG-Ericsson has a number of objectives we see as key to creating a successful program for our business partners. These are to:
  • Make LG-Ericsson easier to do business with
  • Comprehensive pre and post sales support to increase wins and repeat business
  • Provide a structured yet flexible program to manage the relationship between LG-Ericsson and its business channel partners
  • Provide partners with guidelines and support for increasing potential revenue, profit and cash flow derived from the resale of LG-Ericsson products, solutions and services.
  • Provide partners with incentive to grow and expand the range of LG-Ericsson products, solutions and services they offer to the market
  • Provide pre and post sales support from committed account executives and sales engineers

PARTNER DESIGNATIONS

The BCS Partner Program has a number of different partnership designations
: Bronze Partner, Silver Partner, Gold Partner, Platinum Partner.
Partnership designations are differentiated by a pre-set list of business, contractual, capability, authorization and service/support requirements.

BENEFITS
